Last updated May 8, 2026

We take privacy seriously. This Policy describes what information Emuna Labs LLC collects, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. We’ve tried to write it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us.

01

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Emuna Labs LLC (“Emuna Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit our website, communicate with us, or use any of our products or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

02

Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

Information you provide. When you contact us (for example by emailing Hal@emunalabs.org or by submitting a future contact or sign-up form), we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Automatically collected information. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps. We may collect this information through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies.

Cookies and analytics. We may use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, and understand aggregate usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.

03

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
  • secure the Services and detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse;
  • understand how visitors engage with the Services, on an aggregated and anonymized basis;
  • comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes; and
  • with your consent, send communications about our products and services.

04

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers. We work with vendors that perform services on our behalf — for example, hosting providers, analytics providers, and email infrastructure. These providers may access information only to perform their functions and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Emuna Labs, our users, or the public.

Business transfers. If Emuna Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

05

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you reside, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and certain U.S. states (including California) may have additional rights under applicable law.

To exercise any of these rights, please email Hal@emunalabs.org. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

You may also disable cookies through your browser settings, as described in our Cookie Policy.

06

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Information related to email correspondence is generally retained while it is operationally relevant and then deleted on a periodic basis.

07

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08

Children

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

09

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Services where appropriate.
